Vendors must use traceable delivery methods. Always keep physical or digital proof of shipping receipts. Undocumented shipments may be rejected during a dispute.

Buyers should sign for packages or provide ID upon collection. If an item arrives damaged, take photos immediately to provide as evidence.

What if there is a disagreement? +

Either party can simply type "Dispute" to the bot. Our mediation team will independently review evidence from both the buyer and the seller. We do not take sides; we will fairly decide who has clear justification and release the funds accordingly.

Is my MoMo safe? +

Absolutely. We use official mobile money APIs. We never ask for your secret MoMo PIN. You only enter it on your network provider's official USSD prompt.

What are the limits? +

Standard accounts can escrow up to 50,000 FCFA per transaction. Verified businesses can process up to 500,000 FCFA to accommodate larger wholesale orders.

How long do payouts take? +

Payouts are 100% instant and automated. The exact second the buyer texts the release PIN to the FiapPay bot, the funds are instantly deposited directly into the seller's Mobile Money account.

Which networks are supported? +

We currently support both MTN Mobile Money and Orange Money across all of Cameroon. You can pay with MTN and the seller can receive in Orange, or vice-versa! Our system handles the bridging.

Are there any hidden fees? +

None. We charge a flat, transparent 4% platform fee that is split right down the middle (2% for the buyer, 2% for the seller). The bot clearly tells you the exact payout amount before you agree to the bill.
